Below is a vlog in which I describe all of the technology I used during my production of our Music Video.
Above is a video which I created with peoples feedback verbally straight after watching our music video. However I have also collected feedback from facebook, and through emails aswell. Below are some examples of the feedback I received.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the feedback I have received, and it has all been very complimentary and positive. Some people have commented on the fact that the dancing is uneccessary, however I feel that it adds a little bit extra as a fill image, and adds a bit more character to our video. I am glad our Music Video has had such an impact on our audience, and I appreciate all the comments I have received.
Below is a Prezi, which I created to answer the above question.
In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
I have created a video with a commentary which describes how our video was inspired and develops on some media products.
Above is my final poster. I have rearranged most of the layout, and have shrunken the text down as I feel the more minimalistic it looks the more suited it is. I also like to have kept the theme ongoing from my digipak, with the smokey background. I have stuck to black and white as the colour for my text and extra images, as well as using a new font which is named ‘Impact’.
Below is how I made my background for my poster mock-up. I used a different merge of greys, blacks and whites to give a smoke effect. I used the smudge tool on photoshop to blend it in and make it look more natural, however in the case for my poster, I was wanting it to look more artsy and abstract.
Above you can see how the blacks were added, and below you can see how I smudged them in to make them look more natural.
As you can see below, I added some orange streaks to try and give my poster just a little bit extra, whilst keeping it as simplistic as I possibly could. I am planning on changing the layout, as I feel it just doesn’t look right.
I also asked for some feedback on my poster, and have received some positive constructive feedback and criticism.
Above is my flat plan for my advert. I intend of having the fire extinguisher in the centre, with the text just below it, keeping it very basic yet attractive.
